# Customising

Change the button label, welcome copy, suggested questions and extra instructions.

Open **Site Configuration → Chat** in Studio. Changes apply once the Chat document is published.

- **Button label**: the text on the Ask AI button
- **Welcome heading and text**: shown before the first question
- **Suggested questions**: one click sends them
- **Extra instructions**: tone or topics to emphasise
