# Installation

Clone the template, install dependencies and run the docs site and Studio locally.

You need Node.js `22.12` or later and pnpm, which the repository pins through Corepack.

1. **Clone the repository**

   ```bash
   git clone https://github.com/robotostudio/turbo-start-brain.git
   cd turbo-start-brain
   ```

2. **Install dependencies**

   ```bash
   corepack enable
   pnpm install
   ```

3. **Add your environment variables**

   Copy the example files and fill in your Sanity project. See [Environment variables](https://turbo-start-brain.vercel.app/getting-started/environment-variables).

4. **Start both apps**

   ```bash
   pnpm dev
   ```
   
   > **SUCCESS**
   >
   > The docs site runs on http://localhost:3000 and Studio on http://localhost:3333.

## Running one app

### Both

```bash
pnpm dev
```

### Docs site

```bash
pnpm dev:web
```

### Studio

```bash
pnpm dev:studio
```
