# Your first page

Create a page in Studio, place it in the sidebar with its slug, and publish it.

1. **Open Docs by Path**

   In Studio, open **Docs by Path** and choose the section the page belongs to.

2. **Fill in the basics**

   Add a title, a one-sentence description and a slug. A slug like `/getting-started/faq` nests the page under Getting started.

3. **Write the body**

   Use headings for sections; they become the table of contents. See [Writing docs](https://turbo-start-brain.vercel.app/writing-docs) for every block you can use.

4. **Publish**

   > In local development the site shows drafts too, so you can check the page before publishing.
