# Code and callouts

Code blocks with filenames and syntax colours, and the four callout variants.

## Code blocks

Pick a language to get syntax colours and the right fence in the Markdown version. Add a filename when the reader needs to know where the code goes.

export function greet(name: string): string {
  return `Hello, ${name}`;
}
```

```python
def greet(name: str) -> str:
    return f"Hello, {name}"
```

```yaml
site:
  title: Docs
  search: true

## Callouts

Callouts pull one fact out of the flow. Pick the variant by consequence.

> **INFO**

> Info: context that helps but is not required.

> **WARNING**
>
> Warning: something that costs the reader time if they miss it.

> **SUCCESS**
>
> Success: what the reader should see when a step worked.

> **DANGER**
>
> Danger: anything irreversible or security-sensitive.
