Customising
Change the button label, welcome copy, suggested questions and extra instructions.
Open Site Configuration → Chat in Studio. Changes apply once the Chat document is published.
- Button label: the text on the Ask AI button
- Welcome heading and text: shown before the first question
- Suggested questions: one click sends them
- Extra instructions: tone or topics to emphasise
